Our support line is answered by live people. Our support logs show that the typical support call is resolved within an hour of first contact. Support contracts are billed annually, in advance.
Technical support is available as one of three options:
24/7 option; includes software upgrade guarantee: Coverage for 24 hrs/day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Software is upgraded to most current version within 3 months of public release.
8/5 option; includes software upgrade guarantee: Coverage for 8 hrs/day, 5 days a week, local time. Software is upgraded to most current version within 3 months of public release.
Per incident support: Support is available Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST. A valid purchase order or credit card must be supplied in advance. Minimum charges apply. Support can be provided only if the user has a current software version.
